I think Valli may have seen the coupon and realised that it was Mathi he wanted to marry. This thought may have been on her mind and caused her to ride without concentration and thus met with the accident. Also, Valli has to be first in everything and knowing that she was not the 1st choice may have disturbed her. Still, even in her death she had the last word by handing her baby to Mathi thus ensuring that Mathi will be the baby’s Mother and become Arasu’s 2nd Wife. Feel very sad for Mathi, everything is 2nd hand for her.
