hi everybody...

if u want to finish cooking in 1/2 hr..to 45 mins.... here is the method.. min req. 3 burner gas stove... 1 pressure cooker, 1Pan
First take 3 to 5 ltrs of water (depends on the quantity ).. Boil it
parallel-a soak rice, dal n tamarind in water.
cut veggies, keep them ready.
put rice in pressure cooker, add boiling water, put daal n add boiling water, in the same cooker.
put veg in pan.. add a little boiling water to it. finish poriyal/kootu first...
then saambar/kuzhumbukku thaalikkavum, add tamarind paste and
do as you do for your style of cooking.. let the saambar to mix and aroma should be felt. change the kadai/pan. Next rasam start pannunga... Saambarum rasamum kodhikkum podhu, cooker release aaidum.. paruppai vittal mothamum ready.

Ithanaala anaithu magalirkkum Solla Varradhu ennanna " kodhikkira thanni mattum ready - a iruntha kudumbame guest - a vanthaalum... easy - a samaikkalam." Intha tip En brother-in-law kalyaanathappo head-cook koduthathu.

Ithellam oru tippunu.....thonutha... Oru vaatti try panni parunga.. Oorukke samaikka thonum.

Thuvaram paruppoda 4 sambar vengayam, beans, carrot serthu vega vidavum.
normal sambar podiyoda, 2 table spoon malli (ada dhaniyaango..) 15 milagu, 2 chinna vengayam, thengai-1/4 cup, karuveppilai - 2 aarkku [2 mundiri+1/4 spoon vellam - optional] ellam serthu mixi-la araithu kodhikka vittu, paruppai serthu thaalithaal... HSB/A2B pogave maattom....

Soup madiri rasam vaikka : 2 naatu thakkali, 1 tbsp sambar podi, 1 tbsp dhaniya powder, 2 tbsp milagu, 1 tbsp dhaniya[for fresh aroma], karuvepilai, kothamalli, uppu serthu mix - adinga. nalla paste type aanathukkapparam... pathirathula maathu kodhikka vidavum.. paruppu thanni mattum kadaisila 1 1/2 cup serthu.. nei vittu seeragam, perungayam thaalithu... malli thoova... Gama gama rasam ready. n No wastage....

Crispy medhu vadai kku : 200 g ulunthu pottal , kandippa 1 pidiyalavu arisi serunga... mixie - vendam. grinder-la arainga.. evvalavu konjama irundhaalume... thanni vidaama, apappo thelichi kadaisila milagai thatti pottaal... vadai crispy and tasty too.
Ingeyum ulunthu oora vaikka short cut... hot water[boiling water vendam] la paruppu pottu.. hot box - la oora vaithaal, 10 mins la ooridum..

முருங்கைக்காய் மட்டும் போடுவாங்க .....பாசி பருப்பு வைத்தும் செய்யலாம் ...இதே முறை தான் ..... துவரம் பருப்பு இப்போ வேகருதே இல்லை ....அதனால ஒரு 6 வருஷமா வாங்கறது இல்லை ....
