Ingredients
Milk – 1 lt
condensed milk – 1 tin (i used nestle milk maid tin)
Eggs – 4
Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
Sugar – 5-6 tsp (for caramelizing)

Method
Bring milk to a boil in sauce pan,
mix milk maid in the milk
Measure 1/4th sugar in that empty milkmaid tin and add sugar too
In a mixie beat the eggs well , to this add the milk and condensed milk mixture and beat it well
Add 2tsp Vanilla essence and beat it well in mixie
Melt the sugar in another sauce pan, in medium heat until a golden brown color and pour it in the vessel, give it a big whirl so that the caramel is well coated on the

sides and base of the vessel
Pour the mixture into the vessel
Cover the vessel with the clean plastic paper and tie that paper by using thread onto the vessel
Pour water in Pressure cooker and place the vessel inside the cooker and close the cooker
Switch on the stove and place the cooker in max flame
Don’t put weight.
Wait for 20min .
Remove the plastic paper and Check the consistency by inserting a knife nothing should stick on knife.
(Note: suppose if it sticks again cover with paper and put it in steam for some more time
Allow it to cool and place serving plate on top of the vessel and make to inverted position
Serve it either hot or cold.
