1. Weight
Overweight and Obesity can be direct causes of your back pain. Excess weight in your middle region causes stress on your back, resulting in lower back pain. Have a watch on your weight and try staying more or less around your ideal weight.

2. Sleeping Position
a. Back pain can be caused not just by a wrong sleeping position, but also because of a bad mattress.
b. Don’t sleep on your stomach. When you are used to sleeping on your stomach, habituate sleeping on back or sideways using pillows as support under the knees and the arms.

a. Using high heels and skinny tight jeans are a big no-no. High heels can put strain on your lower back.
b. Tight clothing can aggravate your back pain as it would interfere with your walking, sitting and bending.

6. Work Out
a. Working out is a must when you have back pain, for resting for days together does nothing to heal the pain.
b. Exercises that could relax your back muscles. Regular physical activity helps in reducing inflammation and ease muscle tension.

7. Stress and Depression
Depression and mental stress can be a cause for your back pain. Relaxations and Meditation can not just help you out of depression, but also can impact on curing your back pain.
