Minced Mutton/Chicken Dosa – Mutton/Chicken Keema Dosai Recipe

This is a yummy dosa variety for non-veg lovers. Kids would also equally love it. Healthy, tasty and easy.

Ingredients

Minced Chicken –  250 g

Egg – 1

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (or as per your taste)

Trumeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Ginger Garlic paste –  1 teaspoon (or as per your taste)

Salt – as needed

Oil – as needed

Method

  1. Boil minced chicken with salt in a vessel or a kadai. (Don’t add so much water)
  2. Once the chicken is cooked, keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and turmeric powder, and fry for a few seconds and quickly add the cooked chicken.
  4. Sauté them all for a few minutes. Switch it off.
  5. Let it cool for some time, then add eggs to the content and mix it. (Just break the egg and pour it).
  6. Now spread the dosa batter in a tawa like you normally do a dosa, and spread the cooked minced chicken masala over the dosa, pour oil, cover and cook.

Mutton lovers can relish it with minced mutton  🙂
