Kids Recipes: Easy Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe

This started out as a snack box dish for my son while he was in nursery. Yummy, healthy and stomach filling dish which can be made in a matter of few minutes.

When children get bored of usual idlis and dosas, this variation becomes a sure shot hit.

Dosa Batter – 2 tablespoons

Egg – 1

Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

salt – a small pinch

Method:

1. Beat the egg nicely and add pepper and salt.

2. Mix the beaten egg with the dosa flour.

3. Make paniyarams using your paniyaram pan.

Note:

1. Spice it up with finely chopped onion and coriander leaves.

2. Instead of pepper powder, adding fresh coarsely ground pepper might enhance the taste.
