Peas Paratha /Chapati

With this recipe, you can make your kids a lot of peas in a very tasteful way.

Peas – 1 cup (Fresh green peas preferred)

Wheat atta – for making 2 parathas

Salt – as needed

Turmeric powder – a pinch

Cumin/jeera seeds – a teaspoon

Method

Pressure cook peas with salt, turmeric powder and a little water.

Mash them.

Add atta and a little more salt and knead them all into soft dough.

Leave it for 30 minutes and make healthy, yummy chapatis.

A slight variant of this is carrot, but we need not cook carrot, just grate, add turmeric and jeera to the atta while kneading. Delicious carrot chapati ready.
